At SheSapiens, our events are created with intention—to foster connection, collaboration, and growth among heart-led women entrepreneurs. By attending any of our events (online or in-person), you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to protect our safe space and uphold our community values.
We love capturing the magic that happens at our events. This includes photography and videography that may be used across our digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, newsletters, website, or promotional materials).
By attending a SheSapiens event, you grant permission to be photographed or filmed during the experience. We are committed to ethical storytelling—this means we will never publish content that misrepresents, embarrasses, or shames you in any way.

As part of our community experience, your name and email address may be added to the SheSapiens mailing list after attending an event. Our newsletter shares upcoming events, inspiring stories, and exclusive opportunities.

We understand that life happens. Here’s how we handle cancellations and no-shows:
→ More than 48 hours’ notice → Full refund minus transaction fees (processed manually by the event host)
→ Less than 48 hours’ notice → Full credit toward a future event
→ Less than 2 hours’ notice or no-show → Non-refundable or credited
This ensures fairness for both our organisers and community members, while maintaining the sustainability of our events.
Our gatherings are sacred spaces rooted in authenticity, vulnerability, and mutual respect. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or judgment of any kind. We proudly welcome BIPOC women, trans women, non-binary individuals, and anyone who identifies with she/her pronouns.

At SheSapiens, we believe in gender inclusivity and the importance of welcoming diverse identities and expressions. At the same time, we recognize the unique power of women-only spaces—spaces where women can feel fully safe, seen, and supported by one another.
Most of our events are designed as women-only spaces (inclusive of all who identify with she/her). However, we occasionally organize events that are open to people of all genders. These events will be clearly marked as gender inclusive in their descriptions.
We ask all attendees—regardless of gender—to honor the values of respect, safety, and inclusivity that are core to our community.
